Orders for goods are accepted subject exclusively to the terms and conditions set out below. By placing an order through this website you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
A contract between the customer and Looking Up Ltd shall not be deemed to exist until payment has been successfully received and the order has been accepted for processing.
If you wish to alter an order you must contact us by e-mail quoting your order reference number within 24 hours of placing the order. Requests to cancel an order must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods. All cancellations and alterations are handled during normal office hours (9am–5pm Monday to Friday).
All products supplied by Looking Up Ltd are sold strictly as room odourisers and for novelty purposes only. They are not sold for consumption, inhalation, or for any medical or pharmaceutical use.

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Orders placed before 4:00pm on a working day are normally dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.
All UK deliveries are sent using Royal Mail services. Typical delivery time is 1–3 working days from the date of dispatch, however delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
If you require a tracking number please contact us by email quoting your order reference number and we will provide this where available.
We currently deliver to United Kingdom addresses only unless otherwise agreed in advance. Orders placed for delivery outside the UK may be subject to additional postage charges, customs restrictions, or cancellation at our discretion.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by postal services, incorrect address details supplied by the customer, customs clearance, or events beyond our control.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise this right you must notify us within that period by email quoting your order reference number.
Once a cancellation has been requested, the goods must be returned within 14 days. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging in a condition suitable for resale.
Refunds will be issued once the returned goods have been received and inspected. Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.
Postage and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty, damaged in transit, or supplied in error.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund where goods have been opened, used, or returned in an unsatisfactory condition.

Any personal information supplied to Looking Up Ltd will be used only for the purpose of processing your order and providing customer service. We do not sell or pass your personal details to third parties except where necessary to complete delivery, process payment, or comply with legal obligations.
Looking Up Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use or misuse of any product supplied. All goods are supplied on the understanding that they are used strictly for their intended purpose.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
