Orders for goods are accepted subject exclusively to the terms and conditions set out below. By placing an order through this website you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
A contract between the customer and Looking Up Ltd shall not be deemed to exist until payment has been successfully received and the order has been accepted for processing.
If you wish to alter an order you must contact us by e-mail quoting your order reference number within 24 hours of placing the order. Requests to cancel an order must be made within 30 days of receipt of the goods. All cancellations and alterations are handled during normal office hours (9am-5pm Monday to Friday).
All products supplied by Looking Up Ltd are sold strictly as room odourisers and for novelty purposes only. They are not sold for consumption, inhalation, or for any medical or pharmaceutical use.

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm on a weekday that same day using Royal Mail services. Contact us by email if you would like a tracking code. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Orders sent outside the United Kingdom may be subject to additional postage charges or import restrictions. Where additional charges apply we will contact you before dispatch.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may request a return within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued once goods have been received and inspected.
Postage costs are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty or supplied in error.
Any personal information supplied to Looking Up Ltd will be used only for the purpose of processing your order. We do not sell or pass your personal details to third parties except where necessary to complete delivery or comply with legal obligations.
Looking Up Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use or misuse of any product supplied. All goods are supplied on the understanding that they are used strictly for their intended purpose.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
